In Spain podium all CRG in KZ2 with De Conto, Gil and Cunati. Hiltbrand finished fourth after a great comeback.
CRG wins also in the Junior with Pons and in the Senior with Carenini. It was a CRG triumph at the 18th Karting Champion Clubs' Cup in Vendrell, with a KZ2 podium all for the Italian home riders with Paolo De Conto, Carlos Gil and Simone Cunati in the first three positions, in addition to Pedro Hiltbrand's fourth place end of a spectacular comeback. In KZ2, Hiltbrand tried to announce himself among the mathemers in Spain, with a quick start and the best time trial right in front of De Conto, but the Spanish driver in Prefinal was forced to 13th position following a touch with his De Conto. In the final also Cunati has been proposed among the major protagonists going initially to the head of the race, but then it was De Conto to take the upper hand and to win, with Gil back in second position, while Cunati closed third. Hiltbrand, for his part, has been the author of an outstanding comeback in fourth place, also sanctioned by the fastest lap of the race. CRG colors practically monopolized the final classification well beyond the top ten, with Miguel Molina sixth, Miguel Novel seventh, Aleix Barrabeig ninth, Filippo Berto tenth, and then following Alejandro Fleta 11th, Marc Lopez 12th, Alvaro Lleonart 13th, Toni Forne 14th.
