Luigi d’Ascoli capped off a thoroughly successful WSK Super Master Series for Modena Kart Racing Team with a victory. At Franciacorta, the young Italian secured the runners-up title in the OK-N Junior class, whilst Sweden’s Elton Hedfors put a second Parolin-TM Kart on the series’ overall podium.
Modena Kart has confirmed its place among the most competitive teams in the OK-N Junior category. A week after mastering the rainy conditions at the Leopard circuit in Viterbo during the WSK Euro Series, the Modena Kart Racing Team performed just as well on the same track, but this time with slick tyres and much more pleasant temperatures during the third round of the WSK Super Master Series. Sweden’s Elton Hedfors confirmed his competitiveness by finishing 2nd on the podium and moving up to 2nd place in the overall OK-N Junior standings.
The concept of ‘team’ took on its full meaning once again in Sarno for Modena Kart during the second round of the WSK Super Master Series.
After a successful season in 2025, Modena Kart Racing Team returned to competition with the same motivation.
In 2025, the Modena Kart Racing Team proved competitive in all the championships in which it competed, including the recent WSK Final Cup. In each of the three events, at least one of the team’s drivers managed to finish on the podium in the OK-N Junior category.
